Emma Kenney

 

Emma Rose Kenney (born September 14, 1999) is an American actress. She has appeared as Deborah Gallagheron Shameless "Debbie" on Shameless (2011 until 2021) as well as Harris Conner-Healy in Roseanne's tenth and final season.



 



 Early life



 Kenney was born in New York City, September 14 1999. Gillian Kenney (a criminal defense lawyer) and Kevin Kenney (a sports writer who previously wrote for the New York Post, but now works for Fox Sports, are Kenney's parents.
